Wilson De Leon was born in Guatemala and grew up in Washington, DC, where his multicultural roots deeply shaped his creative vision.
Early on, Wilson found his passion for graphic design through serving at his local church creating visuals that helped bring people together and tell meaningful stories.
Today, Wilson blends his cultural heritage and his love for community-focused design through crafting visuals that feel authentic and resonate with diverse audiences. As a designer and leader, he’s dedicated to making creativity accessible and personal for small businesses and organizations looking to make an impact.

Kelley grew up in North Carolina before moving to Washington, DC for graduate school.
Throughout her eight years in DC, she honed her skills helping brands craft clear, compelling stories that truly connect. Partnering closely with Wilson, she ensures design and language work together to create authentic, seamless experiences. Specializing in digital strategy and communications, Kelley blends creativity with data to craft messages that inspire action.
Her primary focus is on making digital communications more human, meaningful, and impactful.

Don’t let the floppy ears fool you! Maple is very much in charge at Hola Creative. As the beloved pup of Wilson and Kelley, she takes her role as Office Manager seriously: overseeing snack breaks, enforcing walk-and-talks, and reminding everyone when it’s time to log off (usually with a dramatic sigh).
She specializes in tail-wagging greetings, barking at deadlines, and supervising Zoom calls from her favorite sunny spot. When she’s off duty, you’ll find her napping with her head resting on the window ledge, watching the world go by and silently judging everyone’s font choices.
